Matriculation and Previous Credits

A. Matriculation Policy

Students who intend to seek a degree should matriculate into degree or certificate program no later than upon completion of six credits or one semester, whichever comes later. No one may matriculate immediately prior to graduation. Students must be in a program for at least one year before graduation.

A student’s status toward program requirements typically is based upon the program requirements stated in the catalog current at the time a student begins course work. The student may also opt to complete program requirements under a more recent catalog.
